Anchor Gin by
Hezekiah Pierrepont

Commissioned by John Curtin of Albany Distilling Company, this project involved designing the bottle packaging for 'Anchor Gin,' distilled along the East River in Brooklyn Heights using Hezekiah Pierrepont's historic original recipe.

To bridge heritage with modern artistry, the collection explores two narrative directions across four distinct bottle designs. The first two bottles combine past and present visual elements of Brooklyn Heights, creating a reflective concept that symbolizes looking back at history from a modern standpoint. The remaining two bottles focus directly on the name itself, featuring bold, impactful treatments of the anchor motif. All package illustrations were custom-crafted by me to bring a unique, original aesthetic to the final product.
